Here at CT Wellness YOU matter. From the moment you enter our business we strive and it is OUR desire that you receive that WOW experience so that you will come back. Every experience is unique and different and issues do arrive so while we can’t refund for service on every complaint, know this WE will do what is in our ability to resolve your issue or award you a better experience.
Our products are not backed by FDA approval but essential oils have been known to offer certain health benefits so we take no claim or make no promises other than we rely on research and customers who have said our products have helped so we take claim that it can help, aid or relieve so all sales are final on products.
Product sales are final but we can offer an exchange or store credit that can even be used towards service.
